For US and EU customers: All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). That means no extra tariffs, duties, or handling fees on your end. Delivery usually takes 14–21 days, though exact timing can vary.

1. Shipping time

Order Processing Time: This includes sorting, packaging, and quality control, which usually takes no more than 72 hours.

Shipping Time: We ship directly from China. International shipping generally takes 14-21 days.

2. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking number. Kindly enter it at 17TRACK and click TRACK to check updates.

3. Shipping fee

We offer a flat rate of $10.99 for shipping.

We offer free shipping on orders valued over $99.

4. Undeliverable address

Please note that we cannot deliver to the following addresses:

All P.O.Box addresses;
USA: Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii;
UK: Postal codes starting with GY, IM, JE;
France: Postal codes starting with 96, 97, 98, 00;
Spain: Postal codes starting with 07, 35, 38, 51-99;
Portugal: Postal codes starting with 9;
Austria: Postal codes 6991, 6992, 6993;
Ireland: Postal codes starting with 39

5. Address accuracy

Providing an accurate address is the customer’s responsibility. If an incorrect address is given and results in a delivery failure, a refund will not be provided. We strongly recommend double-checking your address before completing payment.

6. Delivery delay

Delivery delays may occur due to uncommon, uncontrollable factors such as severe weather (typhoons, etc.), customs inspections, or strikes at ports or airports. Please understand that SiChuan tea supplier cannot be held responsible for such delays, as we operate independently from the courier service handling your delivery and have no control over their delivery speed.
