1. How long will it take to receive my package?
All packages are shipped from China.
Please kindly note that our teas are prepared at our warehouse in Sichuan, which usually takes no more than 72 hours.
Once ready, package will be sent to an international shipping company in Shenzhen, then shipped to the destination country. International shipping typically takes 14-21 days.
2. What are the payment options?
At the moment, PayPal and credit card are the only payment methods we support. This guarantees a safe and secure process for placing your order.
3. Something went wrong with the payment process?
If you run into issues while paying with PayPal, like the page getting stuck on loading, it’s usually due to a poor network connection. You can try switching to a different network or using another device. Alternatively, you can also try paying with a credit card instead.
4. What is your return policy?
We appreciate your understanding that, due to the premium nature of our tea products, we cannot process returns or refunds. This policy ensures the highest standards of quality and safety for our customers. All sales are final. So, if you are a beginner, we strongly recommend you try our Go-to Tea Sampler Box first.
5. Will I get a confirmation email after I place my order?
Yes, once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder. You’ll receive a second confirmation email once your package is shipped. If you haven’t received that, don’t worry, it just means your package hasn’t been shipped yet.
1. Where are your teas grown?
All our teas are sourced from the pristine Sichuan tea regions, primarily focusing on the Mengding Mountain area in Ya’an.
This region is known as the cradle of tea culture, with high altitude and misty climate, creating the perfect environment for producing high-quality Green tea, Black tea, and Dark tea.
2. What is the best tea choice for beginners?
If you’re a beginner, we definitely recommend our Go-to Tea Sampler Box. It helps you explore different flavors (including our signature Green and Black teas) to find the one you enjoy most.
3. Do I have to use a traditional Gongfu tea set to brew the tea?
Absolutely not! Gongfu tea is just one brewing style. You can easily use a teapot, a mug, or a tall glass (especially great for watching our Green tea leaves dance in the water).
4. How long do your teas stay at their best for drinking?
To ensure the finest taste, tea should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Green Tea & Blended Tea: Best enjoyed within 18 months to 2 years to ensure freshness.
Black Tea : Best enjoyed within a 3-year period.
Dark Tea (Hei Cha): This tea is unique; it can be aged for many years, developing a smoother and richer flavor over time.
